Isabel's journey to founding the National Women's Corner was not born of ease, but of profound personal refinement. Having navigated significant professional and personal transitions, she recognized a void in spaces that offered both intellectual rigor and deep spiritual solace.

With a background in community development and a lifelong dedication to theological study, Isabel envisioned a platform that transcended superficial empowerment. She sought to build a sanctuary—a corner of the world where women could engage in honest dialogue about faith, loss, and the arduous process of rebuilding.

Her leadership is characterized by a quiet strength and an unwavering commitment to authenticity. Isabel believes that the most profound wisdom is often forged in the crucible of adversity, and she invites every member of this community to bring their entire, unvarnished selves to the table.

Why National Women’s Corner Exists

While writing Surviving Brokenness, I traveled and spoke with countless women across the country. I realized a heartbreaking truth: so many women were suffering quietly. They were carrying immense burdens without a safe place to lay them down. The National Women's Corner was born out of a desperate need to provide that space—a true sanctuary where women don't have to pretend they have it all together.
